New Zealand

I have always wanted to go to New Zealand. It is a really beautiful country resided the south-western Pacific Ocean. It is comprises of two large islands, the North island and the South island. It also has many smaller islands, where the most known islands are Stewart Island/Rakiura and the Chatham Islands. If you have watched the movie Lord Of The Ring, you should notice that the rocky mountains where Frodo suppose to throw the ring were in fact in New Zealand. It is really an exotic country, isn't it?

If you are going to New Zealand you should take the time to visit its big cities such as Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Auckland is really famous as a city of sails because there can be hundreds of yachts in the harbour. For shoppers who love to shop around the city, you should try to visit Sylvia Park, Botany Town Centre and Westfield Albany. Auckland Town Hall and Aotea Centre usually use to held conferences and cultural events such as theater, opera and kapa haka. You could also try the Auckland Art Gallery as there many national treasures being displayed there. To have time to go around the city you should look for Auckland hotels such as Hyatt Regency Auckland, SKYCITY, Langham Hotel and many more.

Wellington is the country's capital and the most populous national capital in Oceania. It is famous because of its architectures dated back from the nineteenth century. This is where Peter Jackson shots his movie. If you love music you can attend the annual International Jazz Festival there. Famous Wellington hotels include Bolton Hotel Wellington and InterContinental Hotel Wellington.

Christchurch has been involved in the Antarctic exploration where Robert Falcon Scott and Ernest Shackleton used the port of Lyttelton as the departing point of their expeditions. While you were in town you should visit Christ Church, Roman Catholic Cathedral, Canterbury Museum, or go mountain biking on the Port Hills and Bottle Lake Forest. Check out these greatChristchurch hotels for a place to stay.
